calgary is cold

we got here late last night, and have a busy day at the conference. I got to spend some of the day getting to know the city, while cara is busy revising her paper. It was good to see my folks and Ryan who met us at SeaTac last night for a quick dinner and owen-hand-off. enjoy some early pics:
