so being three is definitely all about asserting your three-ness. today owen insisted on buckling his carseat himself, walking the dog himself, and undressing himself--here he is after shouting "mom! unstuck me!" because he needed to be completely naked at 6:30 in order to play cars.
"no mom, i can do it MYSELF."

Oh the independence of a three year old!! It doesn't stop when they are 4 or even 5...it gets worse!! But some things they get better at...like dressing themselves!!
Have a safe and enjoyable flight, I look forward to hearing about your vacation/move/extended stay...haha.
